Singtel Online Gifts is a one-stop shop for your favourite online gifts. You can easily purchase any available online gifts and charge it to your Singtel mobile bill or pay with Singtel Dash.
All of the items purchased in Singtel Online Gifts are all digital. It comes with a code that you can receive via email (if you are buying it for yourself) or your recipient (if you’re gifting it). Instructions are all provided in the email for easy usage.
There are 2 payment method available, which is Singtel Mobile Bill (if you are Singtel Postpaid customer), and Dash (which is applicable for all customer who have a Dash account).
It will usually be sent immediately, however, in some cases, this may take up to 24 hours.
No, you can only buy one gift code per transaction. You may make repeat purchases but monthly transaction limit of S$ 200 will be apply if you purchase using Singtel Mobile Bill. Alternatively, you can also pay with Dash without any limit, as long as there are sufficient credit in your Dash account.
You should be able to receive an email from do-not-reply@gifts.singtel.com including the receipt as a proof of purchase.
We recommend that you check your spam folder or else please call Singtel Hotline number at 1688 for iTunes Gift Card. For other gift cards please contact Wogi at support@wogi.sg
It will appear under “Bill on Behalf Goods / Services” section in your mobile bill. If you are purchasing through Dash, you will be able to check the transaction at the “History Tab” and it will be listed as “iTunes Gift Card” for iTunes purchases or “Singtel Online Gifts” for non iTunes purchases
The monthly limit for purchase is $200 for a Singtel Mobile Number. This limit can’t be altered by Customer or call centre under any circumstances There is no monthly limit for Dash users.
No, all purchases at Singtel Online gifts are delivered digitally.
Definitely yes! You can choose “Buy for Yourself” if you intend to buy for your own personal usage.
No, what you need is just your mobile number and email address to use this service. However, if you would want to purchase using Dash, you will need to have a Dash account with sufficient funds inside.
All redeemed and activated gift cards are not allowed for a refund, for more information please contact the necessary Merchant.
If you are a Dash users, you can use the service by paying through your Dash account
Please contact support@wogi.sg if you have problems redeeming your gift card with the exception of an iTunes Gift Code. Please include your transaction details sent via do-not-reply@gifts.singtel.com in your email.
iTunes Code
Instructions are provided in the email that you will receive from gifts@singtel.com, alternatively, please click here for the instructions on how to redeem your iTunes Codes.
iTunes Codes are redeemable for content on the iTunes Store, App Store and Mac App Store.
No, these codes can only be redeemed in the Singapore iTunes Store.
Please contact Apple Support if you have a problem in redeeming your iTunes Code.
